New Guidance for Software Development Activities

On Thursday 21 February,  the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science published new guidance on the eligibility of software activities under the Research and Development Tax Incentive. While much of the guidance is based on previously published material, it does clearly identify problems AusIndustry have identified with software projects in recent times.
