The Export Market Development Grant (EMDG) provides funding and support for Australian companies promoting an eligible product or service in a variety of overseas markets.

The EMDG empowers Australian SMEs to develop export markets, providing support for up to 50% of eligible promotional expenses, (per financial year).
Changes to EMDG
EMDG has been subject to important changes for the current financial year. No longer a reimbursement model, the revised EMDG is grant application based on a 3 tier system to support different levels of export ambitions.
