Intention to Revoke a Tariff Concession Order: Pumps

Customs are intending to revoke the Tariff Concession Orders for the following goods:

PUMPS, WATER, submersible, having an outside diameter NOT greater than 130 mm
TC 0615762

PUMPS, CENTRIFUGAL, SUBMERSIBLE BOREHOLE, having BOTH of the following:
(a) voltage NOT less than 240V;
(b) permanent magnet motors with integrated frequency controls
TC 0705110

PUMPS, having a displacement capacity of NOT less than 593 cubicmetres per hour
TC 0606955

If you are currently importing the above goods you may consider applying for a new Tariff Concession Order. 

Your company may be covered by in-transit provisions.
