Notification of an Australian Industry Revocation Request: Heat Exchangers

Applications have been lodged for the revocation of the Tariff Concession Orders below:

 

HEAT EXCHANGERS, having a height NOT less than 1.5 m

TC 1405306

 

FILTERS, stainless steel perforated screen OR weave wire screen

OR wedge wire screen, self cleaning, including ALL of the following:

(a) flow rate NOT greater than 5 000 m3/h;

(b) maximum filtration area NOT greater than 50000 cm2;

(c) inlet and outlet diameters NOT greater than 72 cm;

(d) maximum operating pressure NOT greater than 10 bar;

(e) maximum operating temperature NOT greater than 70 degrees celsius

If you are currently importing the above goods you may consider applying for a new Tariff Concession Order. 

Importations not covered by in-transit provisions may be subject to post action as any decision to revoke an order is backdated to the date of request for revocation.
