Intention to Revoke a Tariff Concession Order – Baking Appliances

Customs are intending to revoke the Tariff Concession Orders for the following goods:

BAKING OVENS, CONVECTION, BISCUIT, with OR without 50

conveyor, having BOTH of the following:

(a) programmable controller;

(b) two heating zones each equipped with a heat exchanger

BISCUIT BAKING LINE, programmable logic controlled, having ALL 50

of the following:

(a) gas fired multiple burner tunnel oven;

(b) gauging and cutting modules;

(c) oven infeed conveyor;

(d) cooling conveyors;

(e) biscuit breaking module;

(f) dust dripping conveyor

BAKING OVENS, BISCUIT, having a product conveyer tunnel oven heated 50

by EITHER of the following:

(a) multiple heat exchangers;

(b) multiple gas-fired burners

If you are currently importing the above goods you may consider applying for a new Tariff Concession Order. 

Your company may be covered by in-transit provisions.
