A number of recent decisions by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal have found against R&D applicant who had registered activities that were subsequently deemed by AusIndustry to be ineligible.
These decisions serve as a timely reminder to ensure any claims lodged are “audit ready”, particularly in relation to the contemporaneous substantiating documentation required to be maintained.
