Intention to Revoke a Tariff Concession – Structural Steel Parts

Customs are intending to revoke the Tariff Concession Orders for the following goods:

PARTS, STRUCTURAL STEEL, COAL PLANT OR IRON ORE PLANT, being
ANY of the following:
(a) rolled, hollow or welded sections;
(b) beams;
(c) grating,
(d) stairways and/or treads;
(e) plates;
(f) handrails (with or without kick plates);
(g) stanchions;
(h) purlins and girts;
(i) packing and shims;
(j) guards;
(k) platforms;
(l) walkways;
(m) ladders;
(n) legs;
(o) trusses or trestles;
(p) stringer and ground modules;
(q) frames;
(r) wear liners;
(s) gantries

If you are currently importing the above goods you may consider applying for a new Tariff Concession Orders. 

Your company may be covered by in-transit provisions.
