Intention to Revoke a Tariff Concession – Ovens/Cookers

Customs are intending to revoke the Tariff Concession Orders for the following goods:

OVENS, COOKING AND SMOKING, electrothermic, having ALL of the
following:
(a) width NOT greater than 400 mm;
(b) length NOT greater than 280 mm;
(c) height NOT greater than 800 mm
TC 1052069

COOKERS, INDUCTION, comprising an induction cooking top and dual oven
TC 0001680

OVENS, PIZZA, domestic
TC 0008189

OVENS, having a capacity NOT exceeding 28 l
TC 0204481

If you are currently importing the above goods you may consider applying for a new Tariff Concession Orders. 

Your company may be covered by in-transit provisions.
