Intention to Revoke a Tariff Concession – Hand Tools

Customs are intending to revoke the Tariff Concession Orders for the following goods:

HAND TOOLS, being ANY of the following:

(a) mitre boxes;
(b) wood and/or paint scrapers;
(c) oil cans;
(d) tackers and/or staplers;
(e) wrecking bars;
(f) callipers;
(g) bolsters;
(h) cement groovers and/or edgers;
(i) tile borers;
(j) tile cutters;
(k) floats;
(l) grout spreaders;
(m) trowels;
(n) adhesive spreaders;
(o) sanders;
(p) suction cups;
(q) hammer tackers;
(r) staple guns;
(s) plasterer”s hawks;
(t) splatter guns;
(u) fibro cutters;
(v) joint rakers;
(w) floor scrapers;
(x) tuck pointers;
(y) jointer, brick;
(z) tank and/or washer cutters;
(aa) tap reseaters;
(ab) scrapers;
(ac) honing guides;
(ad) riveters;
(ae) tack lifters;
(af) brick carriers;
(ag) brick line blocks;
(ah) grout removers;
(ai) glass cutters;
(aj) chalk line reels

If you are currently importing the above goods you may consider applying for a new Tariff Concession Orders. 

Your company may be covered by in-transit provisions.
