Intention to Revoke a Tariff Concession – Car Mats

Customs are intending to revoke the Tariff Concession Orders for the following goods:

MATS, CAR, nitrile butadiene rubber, injection moulded

MATS, CAR BOOT
TC 0618515

MATS, CAR, rubber
TC 0618622

MATS, AUTOMOTIVE, rubber
TC 0618628

CARPETS, VEHICLE, TUFTED NYLON, having ALL of the following:
(a) primary backcoating of polyethylene;
(b) secondary backcoating of acrylic/latex;
(b) primary and secondary foundation of spunbonded polyester
TC 0613955

MATS, CAR, cut loop pile AND/OR hi-low loop pile, spiked back,
comprising BOTH of the following:
(a) tufted graphics design face fabric of nylon yarn;
(b) styrene-butadiene-rubber latex and/or styrene-butadiene-
styrene copolymer backing coat
TC 0720078

SETS, CAR MAT, cut loop pile AND/OR hi-low loop pile, tufted
graphics design face fabric of nylon, styrene-butadiene-rubber
latex and styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer backing coat,
spiked backing, consisting of one or more of the following:
(a) two front floor car mats;
(b) two rear floor car mats

MATS, nylon, unprinted, having nitrile rubber backing

CARPETING, mouldable AND/OR non-mouldable, having ALL of the
following:
(a) multi-layered;
(b) high AND low melt polypropylene and polyethylene mix,
needle punched;
(c) acrylic liquid compound (dry glue) binding

If you are currently importing the above goods you may consider applying for a new Tariff Concession Orders. 

Your company may be covered by in-transit provisions.
