Applications have been lodged by a local manufacture for revocation of the following Tariff Concession Orders:
GLASSHOUSE PUMPING SYSTEM, programmable logic controlled, including ALL of the following:
(a) acid water neutralizers;
(b) variable speed water boosters;
(c) water supply pumps;
(d) valves;
(e) switches;
(f) filters
If you currently importing above goods, you must be aware that your company is not covered by in-transit provisions. Therefore, you may be subject to post action by Customs as any decision to revoke an order is backdated to the date of request for revocation.
